BellaDella offers Hippotherapy, Therapeutic Riding and Animal Facilitated Therapy. Our therapists are licensed, registered Occupational Therapist and North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA) registered instructors. BellaDella is a NARHA Center Member, upholding the highest safety and quality standards in the industry. Clients of BellaDella participate in activities on and off the horse that are fun and challenging, creating a therapeutic environment unparalleled to the typical clinic setting.
About Us
BellaDella is located at Goshen Crest Farm in Oldham County. The facility offers an indoor arena and heated gym for year-round services. Goshen Crest Farm is also home to Esperenze LLC. Founded by Margaret Larocca, Esperanza offers equine facilitated mental health services.
The Therapists
Ashley Bowles, MSOT, OTR/L, Certified NARHA Instructor
Meredith Kruer, MSOT, OTR/L, NARHA Instructor in Training
Ashley Bowles and Meredith Kruer are Licensed and Registered Occupational Therepist. Both therapists graduated with a Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy from Spalding University. Combined, they have experience in multiple facets of Occupational Therapy, including accute care, sub acute, pediatrics, and hippotherapy. Ashley has many years of horse experience from instructing in the ring to stable management. She currently competes in dressage with her two horses Ripkin and Bella who are experienced therapy horses. Meredith grew up with horses in her backyard and now enjoys trail riding with her horse Della. Meredith also competes with her dog Samson in AKC conformation shows and is currently preparing BellaDella's dogs for their Therapy Dog Certification.
